Join us at the Fontes home for a 4 week Home Fellowship Bible Study. Our study is entitled Secrets of the Vine. It's an indepth look at John 15:1-5. The Fontes home is 2.5 miles east of Kaunakakai behind the big white fence.

Our AWANA Kid's Club meets each Thursday evening from 6:00-7:45pm. The club time is filled with music, Bible memory, lessons for God's Word, games & competition, and lots of fun. Our AWANA program currently enrolls kids from preschool to 6th grade.

Join us as we fellowship around the God's eternal truth each Sunday evening from 6:30-8:00pm at the Fontes home located about 2.5 miles east of Kaunakakai.

His most recognized name is Jesus, but there are many other names for the Savior born in a manger. You will gain new insights as to why He is called Wonderful Counselot, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace. This series begins Sunday, November 29th and concludes December 20th.

Many believe that the usefulness and relevancy of the church is a thing of the past. Others believe that the church needs to change and emerge into a whole new entity. Over the next several Sundays we will be looking at what the Bible has to say about the purpose and function of the church. Join us as we rediscover what Jesus meant when He said, "I will build My church and the gates of hell will not over power it."

Jesus mentioned hell twice as many times as He did heaven and yet it's a topic not many talk about today. In this new Sunday morning series we will be looking at what God's word teaches about hell and discover how the truth about hell can not only change out lives but also the way we view the lives of others around us.

Life can be complicated at times, confusing at others, and always a challenge. Few desire to live a life of emptiness. Ironically, however, in an attempt to live life to the full many discover that in reality their living an empty existence. An ancient Jewish king by the name of Solomon wrote all about his attempts to live life to the full only to discover emptiness at the end of the road. Are we doomed to Solomon's experience or is there a way to avoid living an empty life? Join us each Sunday morning beginning August 8th as we journey through the book of Ecclesiastes and unfold the "Confessions of an Empty Life."

Saturday, September 19th the Aloha in Action ministry team will be involved in a special day of clean up at the park in Manila Camp. The clean up list includes graffiti removal, repainting the lines on the basketball court, and repairing and repainting the basketball goals. There will also be a free chili bowl lunch give away for the residents of Manlia Camp. All servants are welcome to lend their kokua beginning at 8am.

The Men's Fellowship Breakfast is a once a month pot luck style breakfast that promotes fellowship among our men, prayer and a time in God's Word. The breakfast is held in the gym at 8am.

R.U.S.H. (Reaching Up Seeing Him) is a once a month highschool activity that involves pickup basketball and volleyball games, table games, choke (a lot) of food, and great fellowship.

Mark & Joan Reichman, missionaries to New Guinea, will be our special guests. The Reichmans have been serving in PNG for more than 24 years. They are truly a uniquely gifted couple  who have been greatly used by our Lord.

Join us as we partner with churches from across Molokai for our annual Halloween alternative, HallowHim. There will be game booths for kids of all ages, free food, Christian entertainment including a Christian illusionist, and tons more. How To Get Out of Debt in 5 - 7 Years, is the title of this biblically based debt elimination seminar. Bob Marette will be the seminar speaker. Bob is a noted financial advisor in the Denver, Colorado area. He has spoken at many churches around the country, on TV and radio. His heart is to get people free from the bondage of debt. This free seminar will be held at Kaunakakai Baptist Church from 9am to 1pm and includes a continental breakfast and free childcare. For more information call the church office at 567-6689.

 48% of Christian families admit that pornography is a problem in their homes. We know that it's a problem in the world but in the church? For too long we've ignored this "elephant in the pew". Sunday November 22nd we're going to confront this issue head on with biblical truth and encouragement. Join us at 10 AM.

Our annual church family Thanksgiving Dinner will be held in the gym following the morning worship service. Come join us as we share in a traditional Thanksgiving meal together.

This festive dinner for women only has become somewhat of a holiday tradition at MBC. Ladies, you're invited to enjoy a mouth watering meal, fabulous desserts, and a Christmas filled evening. It all begins at 6pm in the chapel.

On Vision Sunday we'll take some time to reveiw God's work with us and among us in '09 and then Pastor Randy will be sharing what God has for our church in this brand new year of 2010.

R.U.S.H. (Reaching Up/ Seeing Him) is a once a month high school event. This month our high schoolers will be meeting at the church for a movie night complete with pop corn, soda, and candy. Join us for an evening watching the BIG screen together.

The outreach team headed for Haiti in March is hosting a special dinner to raise funds for their trip and for the ongoing relief effort in Haiti. Join us as we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord on Easter Sunday morning. MBC along with Calvary Chapel and Heart of Aloha have invited the surrounding community to be our guests as we unite in worship and celebration in the park in Kualapuu. There will be music, dance, a special Easter message, and a great egg hunt for the kids.

Grab some ono FREE grinds, spread a blanket on the grass, kick back and enjoy the warm summer breeze as you listen to the live music of Christian praise bands from Molokai and neighbor islands. It all takes place Friday, July 30th from 6-10 pm at the Kaunakakai Ball Field.
